📋 Description

• Provide subject matter guidance to a group of 20-25 undergraduate online students • Support students in academic writing, research, and time management • Conduct 1:1 sessions for doubt resolution, academic guidance, and assessment draft reviews • Guide students toward relevant reference material • Mark assessments and provide long-form feedback • Manage discussion forums • Provide proactive, prompt, and personalised support for student queries and issues • Interact promptly with students by email, calls, and online sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of creative and inclusive approaches to Arts education across music, drama, dance, visual and media arts • Ability to design and implement engaging, culturally responsive, and ICT-integrated learning experiences • Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Honours Degree, Master of Education, Master of Teaching, or PhD/EdD in Education • 3 years of relevant primary/secondary school teaching, research and/or professional experience in the last 5 years • Knowledge and understanding of teacher education policies and practices • Valid Teacher’s Registration in Australia (VIT preferred; QCT or NSW acceptable) • Proficient in English language with excellent oral and written communication • Working laptop • Access to high-speed (>10 MBPS) stable internet connection • Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms, including the host university’s LMS and LINC trac • Availability between 5 PM and 10 PM AEST every day of the week
