📋 Description

• Focus on user identity management and access controls for security and compliance • Design, implement, and maintain IGA solutions for managing user identities and access rights • Develop custom JSON codes to configure and automate identity management processes • Integrate with HR databases, Active Directory, and third-party applications for access control • Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations • Coordinate process changes and systems updates within IT organization • Troubleshoot identity and access management issues, providing support to internal stakeholders • Stay updated on trends and regulations related to identity security and access management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields • 3 to 5 years of experience in identity management • Practical experience in Active Directory, HR databases (SAP, Oracle) and integration techniques like APIs and LDAP • Proficiency in developing custom JSON codes • Knowledge in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) • Familiarity with cloud-based identity services (Azure AD, Google Cloud Identity) • Technical expertise with IAM tools and platforms (Microsoft Entra AD, SailPoint) • Experience with SSO, MFA, RBAC, LDAP, and SAML • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills • Proficiency in spoken and written English • Desired certifications like CISSP or CISM
