• Serving as a strategic partner to our retirement plan clients • Leading a robust and experienced internal service team • Capitalizing on your industry knowledge to provide thoughtful and proactive plan reviews, education strategies, and guidance on plan design • Using your organizational and leadership skills to navigate through successful issue resolution • Strategically presenting new products and services, as appropriate
• 5+ years of experience in the Retirement Industry in a client facing role • Proven strong relationship management skills, ability to build rapport quickly, and proactive management of plan goals • Strong working knowledge of ERISA and IRS rules and regulations and how they impact retirement plans • FINRA S6 & S63- required within 90 days of hire • Life & Health license- required within 120 days of hire • Ability to travel up to 30% of time
