📋 Description

• Act as a lead developer or technical lead on Power Platform projects • Design and implement complex solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI • Educate junior resources • Stay up to date on product improvements and releases and collaborate with internal teams on product developments • Participate in the full solution implementation process, including pre-sales activities, analysis, customer requirements gathering, solution design, and development

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4–6 years in the IT industry • Minimum 3 years of experience with Power Platform • Very good knowledge of Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate • Very good technical knowledge, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • Ability to translate technical solution advantages into business value for customers • English proficiency required, verbal and written • Experience delivering end-to-end applications and automation from requirements gathering through business-needs analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance • Awareness of the newest Power Platform features • Experience with Copilot Studio • Knowledge of Power BI, DAX, Power Query M, and SQL • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Dataverse • Knowledge of data modelling, performance tuning, and business requirements gathering and translation into solutions • Experience with CI/CD and version control • Knowledge of Python • Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure or other cloud solutions, including Data Factory, Data Lake, Synapse, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Snowflake, GCP, or AWS • Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric • Knowledge of Boomi and BluePrism • Experience working with international customers and teams • Experience working in agile or agile/waterfall projects • Experience working with stakeholders at different seniority and maturity levels • Experience participating in end-to-end BI solutions • Experience acting as a Power Platform Leader in projects
