📋 Description

• Recruit, lead and support your high-performing team in day-to-day activities while setting clear, achievable goals. • Act as a role model by promoting integrity and living our core values every day. • Support your team members’ growth by providing regular recognition and constructive feedback. • Build strong partnerships with other Team Leaders and Delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution and effective resource allocation. • Communicate and implement company-wide processes and guidelines. • Define, shape, and optimize the structure of your team. • Manage team billability and ensure capacity and skill sets align with business needs and demand forecasts. • Collaborate with Site Leadership, ensuring talent is sourced from appropriate locations in line with geo strategy. • Help team members to achieve high customer satisfaction on their tasks. • Developing and maintaining team operating rhythm • Support DS&AI Competency strategy implementation. • Develop India site strategy • Proactively participate in improving competency unit in Lingaro, by leading initiatives, taking part in leaders discussions • Support Account teams in sharing knowledge about DS&AI scope, support meeting customer demand and engage closely with Go-to-market and Account Delivery Management to understand customer expectations. • Collaborate with Delivery on offers effort estimation and costing • Help Team Members to search for new opportunities, take responsibility for some presales processes. • Support offers and presentations (e.g., success stories) preparation. • Ensuring profitability on a team at and individual level • Be able to work as data scientist on development project in area of (one of the following) Data Science: Forecasting and Time Series, Optimization, Machine Learning, AI Engineering or GenAI • Especially: advising on the DS&AI/ genAI architectures, best practices, concepts etc. Assuring technical quality and excellence in architecture. • Researching and preparing solutions for common DS/ML projects problems, defining the guidelines for team members and the whole competency. • Be able to take Project Manager /Tech Leader role when needed. • Being up-to-date with DS/AI/ML and AI market trends.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Data&Analytics, preferably DS&AI. • (nice-to-have) At least 2 years in Team Leader, Project Manager, Tech Leader role or similar position. • Working with stakeholders on different seniority and maturity level • Very good communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills • Drive to understand business requirements • Ability to combine technical and business topics • Strong communication, analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. • Experience in at least one of the following roles: data scientists, ADM, project manager, business analyst. • Experience in people management, customer management, project delivery. • Strong, proven knowledge and experience in the following fields: Machine Learning, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, • Presentation skills. • High ambition, motivation, and passion to achieve things that no one achieved before. • Ability to perform under pressure and manage expectations effectively. • Negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders. • Experience managing medium-sized projects. • Solid understanding of how analytical solutions bring value to customers and how delivery excellence impacts customer satisfaction. • Deep understanding of customers' business context and the role of IT in enabling service delivery. • High level of ownership and a proactive, self-driven mindset. • Nice to have: • Strong experience in CPG industry. • Knowledge and experience in BI, DWH, Cloud solutions, genAI etc. • Knowledge of ML Ops, solution operationalization, DevOps.
