📋 Description

• You are the main point of contact for healthcare institutions and ensure excellent support and organization for the training projects they book with us. • You organize the project kickoff, act as the central contact for your clients throughout the entire project duration, and continuously improve existing processes (time management, reporting, meetings, planning required internal and external resources, etc.). • You work closely with the Operations team to ensure all Project Deliverables are delivered on time and to the highest quality. • You build a trusting and strategically valuable relationship with all stakeholders through proactive and goal-oriented communication. • You keep all relevant data in the CRM system up to date at all times. • You identify upsell opportunities with clients and execute them independently or in collaboration with the Key Account/Sales team. • You provide proactive feedback and contribute to strategic process optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• You have a degree or commercial vocational training and at least 2 years of experience in account management. • You embrace the startup mindset and are eager to take ownership, optimize tasks, and pitch in. • Customer satisfaction and retention are important to you, and you can communicate with our diverse stakeholders. • You are a committed team player: you achieve the best results in a team and coordinate closely with colleagues from Sales and Operations. • You stay composed in stressful situations and know how to set the right priorities. • You are digitally savvy and have experience working with a CRM tool. You are comfortable using Office applications and other digital tools. • You have excellent German skills (C1 level) and very good English skills (company language is English). • You have a quick grasp of new information and work conscientiously. • You possess outstanding organizational talent. • You have strong communication skills as well as strategic and business-minded thinking.
