📋 Description

• Work with leadership to implement the interactive content vision and roadmap. • Research trends, market data, and competitors to keep Lingokids at the forefront of interactive content. • Oversee production workflows from ideation to final release. • Schedule and plan production milestones, identifying and resolving bottlenecks. • Ensure deadlines are met and content is delivered on time and at the highest quality. • Act as a key point of contact for interactive content production across teams. • Collaborate with the curriculum team to align content with educational objectives. • Work with data teams to analyze engagement and retention metrics, using insights to optimize content.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years as a Producer or Project Manager in digital media, gaming, or interactive content, including ownership of production timelines and cross-team coordination. • Production Knowledge: Solid understanding of game/content production pipelines, scheduling, and milestone execution. • Project Management: Hands-on experience with production and collaboration tools (e.g., GitHub, Trello, Miro, or similar). • Collaboration & Communication: Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and keep production workflows running smoothly across content, product, and leadership. • Data-Driven Approach: Comfortable working with engagement and retention metrics to inform production decisions. • English is a must: Fluency is essential as clear and effective spoken and written communication is key for successful collaboration.
