📋 Description

• **Automation and CI/CD:** Build, deploy, and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for various technologies, with a focus on reducing project lead time and improving operational efficiency. • **DevOps & DevSecOps Culture:** Implement and evolve infrastructure as code (IaC — especially Terraform), continuously seeking innovations, security improvements, and enhancements to the tool stack and environments. • **Support and Troubleshooting:** Perform analysis and resolution of medium- and high-complexity incidents (troubleshooting) in public cloud environments (Google Cloud Platform) and private clouds. • **Monitoring and FinOps:** Monitor system health and resource usage and track cloud billing to ensure cost efficiency. • **Management and Alignment:** Actively participate in daily project alignment meetings, assessing risks, potential conflicts, concurrency, and impacts between changes across different scopes. • **Governance:** Support process management, control of operational KPIs, and documentation, using ITSM tools based on ITIL best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• **Cloud Experience:** Strong hands-on knowledge in administration and architecture of cloud components, with a **focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**. • **Agile Culture:** Proven experience in environments that adopt DevOps culture and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). • **Container Orchestration:** Practical experience with **Kubernetes** (administration, deployment, troubleshooting, and resource management). • **Infrastructure as Code & Provisioning:** Experience with automation and provisioning tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Terraform or similar). • **CI/CD Pipelines:** Experience configuring and maintaining tools such as Jenkins, GitLab Actions, or similar. • **Operating Systems & Scripting:** Strong skills administering Linux or Windows Server, with the ability to create automation scripts using **Shell Script or PowerShell**. • **Observability:** Experience with APM and monitoring tools (DataDog, New Relic, or AppDynamics).
