📋 Description

• Screen candidates and conduct interviews • Coordinate and send interview, orientation, and training schedules • Collect, review, and validate pre-employment requirements • Manage HRIS efficiently • Conduct background checks on applicants • Assist in orientations and support candidates throughout onboarding • Update and maintain endorsement sheets, trackers, and recruitment reports • Provide advice on developing new recruitment strategies • Source and manage applicant leads through various recruitment channels • Organize and encode applicant data in the HR database • Post and share job vacancies on social media and job boards • Respond to basic applicant inquiries and encourage application completion • Manage recruiter Facebook and LinkedIn accounts • Join and engage in job hiring-related social media groups • Support recruitment marketing through market research and social media campaigns • Perform other duties as assigned • Receive continuous training to eventually become an HR Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent English writing and communication skills • Confident and positive demeanor • Excellent interpersonal skills • Good Work Attitude • Intelligent • Fast learner • Organized and has strong attention to details • Ability to assess presented information and decide the correct course according to the interest of the company’s objectives • Flexible • Experience in recruitment and/or outbound sales calls is preferred but not required • Laptop/Desktop with at least Intel i3 processor and 8 GB RAM • A4tech or Jabra computer headset with noise-cancelling feature • Wired internet connection with minimum 20 Mbps • Microsoft Office and PDF reader • AnyDesk • Google Drive • Discord
