📋 Description

• The full digital mix: email, social media, SMS/text, and sponsored media ads across multiple building products brands. • Campaigns designed to do more than get opens and likes: your work directly drives product sample requests and qualified interest for every brand you touch. • A distinct voice for each brand, you'll switch between several brand personalities without missing a beat. • Content creation, end-to-end. We're a lean team, so you'll create publish-ready content yourself using AI-approved resources and serve as a brand ambassador in every channel. • The numbers: open rates, click-throughs, engagement, SMS conversion, and sample/lead volume. You'll track it and use it to get better every month.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) required. • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in email, social, or SMS marketing. • Experience with paid/sponsored media platforms, across building products, construction, or home improvement, is a plus. • Comfort with tools like HubSpot, Claude, and Notion, or the curiosity to pick them up fast. • Strong writing chops and the flexibility to adapt tone across multiple brands. • A data-driven streak: you want to know what's working and why. • The ability to juggle multiple brands, campaigns, and priorities at once. • Strong ability to navigate multiple applications and browser windows simultaneously. • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a cool outlook. • Thriving in an environment that never stops is a must. • Motivated to meet and exceed goals and adapt to evolving strategies. • Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule to meet client and business needs.
