• High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's in Marketing, Technical Field, or Business preferred • 3+ years in outbound B2B/B2B2C sales; building products industry experience (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical) strongly preferred • Skilled in Aircall, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc., or similar platforms • Strong ability to move seamlessly between multiple windows and programs • Excellent verbal and written skills • Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply • Proven ability and eagerness to build relationships, identify opportunities, handle objections, and close business • Ability to interact politely and effectively with customers, fellow employees, and business partners • Motivated to hit and exceed goals, thrive under pressure, and adapt to evolving sales strategies • Must maintain a flexible work schedule to accommodate client and account requirements
