• 10+ years of leadership experience within language services, interpreting, language access, or related professional services industries. • Proven experience scaling a business, division, or operational function through a significant growth phase. • Experience working within larger organizations and applying best practices to smaller, entrepreneurial environments. • Strong understanding of industry trends, including technology, AI, automation, and evolving service models. • Demonstrated success building teams, developing leaders, and driving organizational change. • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a hands-on environment. • Strong commercial and operational leadership capabilities. • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
