📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day business operations and organizational performance. • Develop and execute growth strategies to support revenue expansion. • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams and future leaders. • Improve operational processes, accountability, and business efficiency. • Identify opportunities to leverage technology, AI, and innovation. • Support business development, strategic partnerships, and market expansion. • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and conferences.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience within language services, interpreting, language access, or related professional services industries. • Proven experience scaling a business, division, or operational function through a significant growth phase. • Experience working within larger organizations and applying best practices to smaller, entrepreneurial environments. • Strong understanding of industry trends, including technology, AI, automation, and evolving service models. • Demonstrated success building teams, developing leaders, and driving organizational change. • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a hands-on environment. • Strong commercial and operational leadership capabilities. • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
