• Lead global marketing strategy, driving brand visibility, market expansion, and pipeline growth. • Build and execute integrated campaigns that align with Sales and Product, tailored to diverse regions and buyer personas. • Own demand generation across paid, owned, and earned channels, continuously optimizing for ROI and scale. • Partner with Sales and Product to define and deliver GTM strategies for launches and market expansion. • Roll up your sleeves to create sales enablement assets—pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies—and lead content development. • Manage and grow a flexible team of freelancers, agencies, and internal contributors to scale execution. • Use AI and automation tools to streamline content creation, targeting, and campaign management. • Own marketing analytics and reporting, tracking KPIs, optimizing performance, and communicating results clearly. • Establish best practices, tools, and processes to evolve Marketing into a high-performing, strategic function.
• Have 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing within SaaS, tech, or globally scaled companies. • Hold a bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional or military experience. • Balance strategy and execution, you love building plans and getting hands-on to deliver results. • Are data-driven and fluent in modern martech: HubSpot, CMS platforms, analytics, automation tools, and AI. • Thrive in high-growth environments and know how to build a function from the ground up. • Are a strong storyteller who can shape compelling narratives across touchpoints and channels. • Collaborate naturally across departments and time zones, and are energized by leading globally distributed teams.
