📋 Description

• Develop and execute product line strategy for Electromechanical Switches and Rotary Switch product lines, including financial performance and product roadmaps. • Define go-to-market strategies by region, distributor focus, product positioning, and key account selection. • Build business cases for new product development and drive NPI execution and NPC/NPS improvement. • Conduct market, competitor, and technology trend analysis to inform strategic direction. • Manage global pricing strategies and inventory management across channels. • Partner with sales, business development, and channel management to execute product line strategy and GTM initiatives. • Identify partnership and investment opportunities; engage external partners and customers for business development. • Develop and implement Marcom strategies and support new product launches and communications. • Lead and manage a high-performing team and collaborate cross-functionally in a matrix organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the electromechanics industry, with 7–10 years in product marketing and/or product management. • Demonstrated ability to map markets, assess segments, and evaluate product offerings to shape product line or business strategy. • Proven experience managing product roadmaps, new product development, and engaging with engineering teams. • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for engagement with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional partners. • Strong track record of managing product line profitability, including pricing authority and understanding industry channel practices. • Experienced in partnering with other business units on cost reduction plans and driving execution in a matrix organization. • Ability to manage conflict, set priorities independently, and lead through influence in a cross-functional team environment.
