📋 Description

• Work directly with clients to analyze business problems and design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions • Develop, customize, test, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce APIs, Salesforce Flow, platform events, asynchronous Apex, and declarative and programmatic capabilities • Design solutions across Salesforce products and clouds based on client requirements and project needs • Build and maintain Salesforce integrations with enterprise applications using REST and SOAP APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, and other integration patterns • Apply software engineering best practices, including object-oriented design, source control, automated testing, code review, and CI/CD • Develop software and integration components using JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C#, Python, or similar modern languages and frameworks • Integrate Salesforce with cloud infrastructure and services across AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform • Develop comprehensive automated tests and maintain appropriate Salesforce code coverage while ensuring solutions are reliable, maintainable, and secure • Collaborate with architects, engineers, administrators, product teams, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Gain experience across multiple clients and industries, adapting to different Salesforce implementations, technical stacks, and business environments • Build trust with clients and internal teams through communication, problem-solving, and execution • Hiring process may include a preliminary phone interview, video interviews, and a take-home exercise due within one week

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience developing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, and declarative platform capabilities • Proficiency in at least one programming language outside the Salesforce ecosystem, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C#, or Python • Solid understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and at least one major public cloud platform, such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform • Experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations with external applications using APIs, middleware, event-driven patterns, or other enterprise integration approaches • Experience with source control, automated testing, CI/CD, Salesforce DX, and modern Salesforce development and deployment practices • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical client stakeholders • Proven ability to analyze complex business and technical problems and design practical, scalable solutions • Salesforce-specific certifications are strongly preferred, such as Salesforce Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I, or relevant Salesforce Architect certifications • Include a short note about yourself, a summary of work experience, and links to actively maintained public profiles when applying
