📋 Description

• Lead a team of Cyber Security Analysts ensuring cohesion and a combined approach to Cyber Risk Assessments • Develop the Cyber Risk Program and Roadmap aligned with Business Objectives, to ensure continually meeting the requirements and standards set by our Policy and Compliance obligations • Collaborate closely with all verticals within the Cyber Security organisational structure, as well as other internal Partners, to understand operational and regulatory requirements, as well as risk tolerances • Provide expert advice on Cyber Risk Management to key stakeholders • Ensure SLAs are met and communicated • Deliver regular reports to the Senior Executive Team • Lead by example

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a lead role in Cyber Security Risk Management • Experience writing detailed Cyber Risk Reports and recommendations • Knowledge of Cyber Security best practices and emerging risk factors • Experience delivering targeted reports to varying stakeholders • Strong interpersonal skills and are able to communicate effectively with Business and Technical Partners alike • An organized and methodical approach • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills • Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs • You are able to anticipate, identify, and define problems • You are a proactive, results-driven and highly motivated individual, who shows a willingness to learn and improve your skills • You work cooperatively with colleagues, communicate clearly, accept and adapt to change
