📋 Description

• Perform Preventative maintenance on EGM’s (Electronic Gaming Machines), ETG’s (Electronic Table Games), and equipment, keeping in accordance with Gaming Commission and company standards and specifications. • Ensure proper operations of the EGM’s, and ETG’s via diagnostic tests, software settings, and functional testing. • Navigate Management Terminal (MT) daily to verify EGM’s status. • Where applicable, assemble and prepare accessories for installations per change order. • Complete accurate Incident Reports in accordance with the Gaming Commission and company standards. • Complete required maintenance records in a clear and precise manner. • Complete detailed daily/weekly tech logs. • Adhere to L&W's Field Service established standards, policies, and procedures. • Follow L&W's safety procedures (vehicle safety, loading games, ladder use, and electricity). • Ensures all tools and equipment used are kept in proper, safe, and working condition. • Stay current with all Light & Wonder Field Advisories and eLearning. • Review customer issues with management, and technical lead as they arise.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age, maintain a valid driver’s license, and be able to obtain and maintain gaming licenses as required. • One year experience in the assembly, testing, and repair of electronic gaming devices, or six months experience and related gaming school certificate of completion, or equivalent. • Perform basic troubleshooting techniques in isolating and correcting problems down to an assembly level. • Basic knowledge of electricity, electronics, and mechanics of gaming type devices. • Basic understanding of network communication, and network troubleshooting. • Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a regular basis for short distances. • Transport heavy equipment using proper moving devices. • Demonstrate safe and proper use of hand tools and power tools. • Basic knowledge of PC operation, and security risks relating to PC operation. • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point). • Ability to read and understand Light & Wonder schematics and service manuals. • Able to prepare conversion projects or installations with limited or no supervision. • Ability to maintain good customer relations, both internally and externally. • Basic knowledge of current Light & Wonder gaming devices to the assembly level. • Good problem-solving skills. • Travel requirements may include working at other facilities within our department.
