âą Own the customer onboarding process for SaaS billing and invoicing âą Manage subscription setup, scheduling invoices, and revenue recognition in NetSuite âą Enter and maintain accurate data across Salesforce and NetSuite daily âą Review contracts and orders, ensuring billing aligns with commercial agreements âą Identify and resolve order or billing discrepancies with account managers âą Collaborate with commercial and accounting teams on subscription-related processes âą Support continuous improvement of billing and onboarding workflows
đŻ Requirements
âą 2+ years of experience in financial operations, billing, or accounts receivable âą Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce preferred) âą Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail âą Comfortable with daily manual data entry and system updates âą Ability to interpret and review contracts and billing terms âą Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
