📋 Description

• Develop advanced analyses to support strategic and commercial decisions in the pre-owned vehicle retail segment, focusing on value creation and business growth; • Lead the definition, breakdown, and monitoring of targets, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution; • Prepare sales forecasts by combining historical data, market trends, and business variables; • Monitor sales performance and identify addressable gaps, mapping key deviations versus targets/forecasts and potential levers for action; • Conduct in-depth analytical diagnostics and translate data into actionable strategic insights; • Develop performance dashboards and executive presentations, translating complex analyses into clear, concise messages; • Drive end-to-end strategic projects, interacting directly with business areas and stakeholders; • Serve as the team's technical and analytical reference, supporting the development of junior and mid-level professionals as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed); • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); • Strong analytical skills and the ability to build rationales and business plans; • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management, including managerial and executive levels; • Experience with KPIs and dashboards; • Experience preparing executive presentations; • Good communication and collaborative work style; • Proactivity and rapid learning ability.
