• Advise potential customers as a point of contact and build trusted relationships • After training, conduct consultation meetings independently via video conference • Think proactively and contribute your own ideas for designing structures and processes • Monitor competitors and keep up with cybersecurity-relevant developments • Incorporate relevant developments into customer consultations • Continuously review and optimize customers' IT landscapes for security • Support companies in German and English as required via phone, email and video conferences • Occasionally attend trade fairs together with the team
• Interest in IT security • IT-related education, for example business informatics, media informatics, IT security or computer science studies • Alternatively, vocational training as an IT specialist (e.g., Fachinformatiker) • Good analytical and organizational skills • Very good German language skills (C1) • Contact with companies in German and English as required
