📋 Description

• Own company-wide revenue targets and develop the strategic roadmap to achieve them • Design and execute multi-year growth plans with clear milestones tied to revenue, margin, and client count objectives • Build and refine revenue forecasting models and pipeline management processes • Establish pricing strategies and packaging frameworks that maximize client value and profitability • Identify and pursue new revenue streams, service expansions, and vertical market opportunities • Define and evolve Location3's digital marketing methodology and competitive differentiation • Lead business development strategy targeting franchise brands and multi-location businesses • Own client retention metrics and develop strategies to maximize lifetime value • Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams across sales, marketing, and client strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, agency leadership, or commercial roles • 5+ years in senior leadership with direct P&L or revenue accountability • Proven track record of scaling revenue in a professional services or agency environment • Deep expertise in digital marketing disciplines (SEO, paid media, analytics, marketing technology) • Experience selling to and servicing franchise or multi-location businesses (strongly preferred) • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
