The site and brand emphasize provenance (Provence-inspired formulations), premium personal care products (shea, immortelle, almond collections), gift sets and in-store treatments, together with loyalty programs, customer service and secure online checkout.

📋 Description

• You run the store, lead your team, develop them further and recruit new employees • As a point of contact, you are an inspiring role model for your team • You guide customers on a “journey through Provence” and provide comprehensive advice • Staff scheduling, vacation planning and merchandise management are part of your responsibilities • You analyze sales figures, implement sales initiatives and keep targets in sight • You present the store and merchandise attractively and organize events according to L’Occitane’s sales strategy • You actively communicate the company’s values, philosophy and commitments externally

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in beauty or fashion and in retail • Initial experience in team leadership or willingness to take the next career step • Understanding of and interest in KPIs and retail-relevant metrics • Passionate, proactive and persuasive in sales • Teamwork comes naturally to you • Available to work, including Saturdays • Good command of German to professionally advise customers on our products
