• You design, manage and optimize our marketing campaigns across all channels. • You are responsible for the technical tracking of our campaigns. • You take on stakeholder management and coordinate internal teams and external partners. • You conduct market and target-group analyses to sharpen our strategy. • You actively research trends and identify new opportunities. • You take responsibility for the quality management of our marketing materials.
• Several years of proven professional experience in sales marketing, especially in the conception and implementation of print mailings, newsletter campaigns and lead-nurturing sequences. • Strong technical understanding of tracking methods and experience measuring the success of offline campaigns. • Proficiency with automation tools such as Make.com. • Good understanding of the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). • Analytical thinking and experience in market and audience analysis. • Active monitoring of new marketing trends. • Keen eye for quality and brand compliance. • Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management.
