• You design, manage and optimize our marketing campaigns across all channels. • Responsible for the technical tracking of our campaigns. • Manage stakeholders by confidently coordinating internal teams and external partners. • Eager to make our marketing processes more efficient through automation (e.g., with Make.com). • Conduct market and target audience analyses. • Actively research trends and identify new opportunities. • Take responsibility for quality management of our marketing materials.
• Several years of proven professional experience in sales marketing, particularly in designing and executing print mailings, newsletter campaigns and lead-nurturing sequences. • Strong technical understanding of tracking methods. • Ideally, experience measuring the success of offline campaigns (e.g., via QR codes, personalized URLs or promo codes). • Proficient with automation tools such as Make.com. • Motivated to further expand your expertise in this area. • A good sense for the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). • Experience conducting market and target audience analyses. • Follow new trends such as GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AI in marketing. • Experienced in stakeholder management — from internal specialist teams to executive leadership. • Structured and organized, able to keep an overview even during busy periods.
