📋 Description

• Work independently and lead tasks from end to end • Exercise technical influence across the engineering team by improving and guiding architecture • Help reduce the complexity of the development process • Partner with Product to translate business needs into creative, incremental, and efficient solutions • Design and develop components and applications with a focus on simplicity, efficiency, maintainability, and code reuse • Ensure applications and architectural decisions are properly documented • Ensure application observability in production and contribute to incident resolution • Analyze and improve application scalability, stability, and security • Take end-to-end ownership of projects • Remove blockers through collaboration • Stay up to date with web development trends, frameworks, and best practices, recommending improvements to development processes

🎯 Requirements

• System design and code design patterns • Strong knowledge of Python • Scalable API implementation • Microservices architecture • Systems observability • Relational and non-relational databases • Reusable and modular back-end components that promote code reuse, maintainability, and scalability • Agile methodologies and a startup mindset • Excellent communication skills, with an inclusive approach to decision-making • Cloud-based architectures • Hands-on experience with LLMs • Knowledge of prompt engineering and quality-control methods for GenAI
