📋 Description

• Maintain and evolve the design system library • Work closely with the broader team to optimise design tools • Actively explore and implement AI-driven tools and workflows • Partner with developers to ensure alignment between design and code repositories • Lead audits and clean-up processes to eliminate inconsistencies

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI Design • Strong portfolio demonstrating a focus on design systems and operational workflows • Strong Mastery of Figma • Experience using or desire to pilot AI tools • Familiarity with design systems and engineering tools • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) • Ability to work across remote, global teams
