• Associate degree in a related field • 1 year experience in Troubleshooting and/or configuration experience with IT Service Desk functions • Windows Operating Systems proficiency • Microsoft Office products proficiency • General networking knowledge • ServiceNow or similar ticketing system tool experience • Nimsoft or a similar IT monitoring system tool experience • Strong troubleshooting skills
