📋 Description

• Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement project plans, including concept development, schematic design, design development, and construction documents • Conduct site visits and perform site analysis to ensure project feasibility and compliance with local building codes and regulations • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery • Communicate with clients, contractors, and consultants to coordinate project requirements and resolve any design issues • Review and approve project submittals, including shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, innovations, and best practices to continuously improve design processes and outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on commercial or hospitality projects • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting • Willingness to travel for occasional site visits and meetings
