📋 Description

• Actively work on the support queue, ensuring SLA compliance with a focus on productivity. • Investigate incidents in the Materials and Production modules, identifying whether the cause is a process error, configuration issue, or system failure. • Apply technical and functional solutions accurately, ensuring that fixes do not impact other routines. • Assist end users, understanding their pain points and providing clear guidance to prevent recurrence of issues. • Document applied solutions in detail to enrich our internal knowledge base.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the Purchasing, Inventory, Billing and PCP (Production Planning and Control) modules. • Ability to manage and resolve multiple tickets per day with accuracy. • Critical judgment to analyze logs, tables and processes before proposing a solution. • Customer-success focus and commitment to the stability of the Protheus environment. • SQL knowledge to perform table queries and data diagnostics. • TOTVS certification in Protheus modules (preferred). • Experience integrating Protheus with other systems (preferred). • Logistics and Execution: Freight Management (GFE), TMS (Transport Management) and WMS (Warehousing) (preferred). • Management and Planning: Contract Management and OMS (Order Management System) (preferred). • ADVPL skills for reading and understanding triggers, formulas and custom custom routines (preferred).
