📋 Description

• Perform cost analyses, operational expenses, and performance indicators for the Facilities area. • Handle and organize datasets in Power BI to create performance reports and dashboards. • Develop advanced Excel spreadsheets to monitor contracts, costs and operations. • Manage the area's budget control, focusing on expense optimization and operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. • Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP, PivotTables, logical functions, SUMIFS, dashboards, and handling large datasets). • Previous experience working with databases and creating reports – Power BI.
