• Document and design solutions for Quality at Lojas Renner S.A. within the laboratory; • Monitor internal and external inspections, conducting follow-up meetings on action plans and trainings related to processes and Renner Quality best practices; • Plan and implement project schedules related to the area; • Analyze indicators and test requirements, create action plans and identify improvement opportunities; • Conduct and analyze market research; • Provide support to interfacing/cross-functional areas; • Ensure quality requirements are being followed according to business needs; • Develop communication plans and presentations for meetings and webinars; • Present project performance status; • Provide training to internal and external clients on processes and systems used; • Prepare analytical reports on results; • Guide suppliers and the product team regarding next steps and potential improvements to the evaluated product.
• Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Textile Engineering; • Experience in project management; • Intermediate/advanced Excel; • Advanced/Fluent English; • Experience with the activities described; • Organized; • Good communication skills and interpersonal ease; • Experience in fashion retail is a plus; • Spanish is desirable — intermediate/advanced level.
