📋 Description
• Perform upfront file structuring and maintain pipeline retention to ensure loans are properly positioned for successful processing and closing • Oversee pipeline retention efforts by tracking active loan files, identifying and resolving issues, and collaborating with teams to improve performance • Review and provide guidance on complex loan scenarios, financial assessments, and compliance with company guidelines • Conduct comprehensive reviews prior to adverse action decisions to identify potential solutions
🎯 Requirements
• reverse background in Processing and or Underwriting (2-3 years in Underwriting) • strong communications skills • ability to work with various departments in LBF • knowledge in file structuring and retention
