📋 Description

• Work with customers and internal stakeholders including clients, Business Analysts, Developers, and other Architects to define customer solutions and deliver engagements that are innovative and exceed business requirements • Design and implement D365 CE solutions to solve client requirements and challenges • Provide pre-sales technical assistance, demonstrations, and product education as required • Meet with clients to determine needs and/or identify problem areas • Support development of estimates, Statements of Work (SOWs), and proposals which outline professional services required to meet client requirements • Analyze complex requirements and develop IT strategies and multi-technology solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) aligned with industry best practices • Stay abreast of changes and opportunities as they pertain to Dynamics 365 CE and the Microsoft Power Platform • Focus on best practices for organizational change management and user adoption • Follow Agile best practices using Azure DevOps including contributing to the creation and grooming of a program backlog of features and tasks • Create relevant documentation including conceptual design, solution architecture, data models, integration designs, as-built diagrams, knowledge transfer materials, FAQs, and transition to operations information

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience working in customer engagement domains such as sales, customer service, field service, or marketing (as a consultant or SME) • 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing) and/or legacy Dynamics CRM • Strong experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI) • 3+ years of experience with Agile frameworks • Proven skills or experience as a business analyst • Ability to effectively communicate to different audiences including internal and external stakeholders clearly and concisely • Proficiency in workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, and solution design • Self-motivation and drive, always looking for ways to improve skills and stay relevant in given area of expertise
