📋 Description

‱ Manage and support Lonza's global trademark and copyright portfolio. ‱ Partner with the Head of Trademarks, Brand Teams, SGRM, Legal colleagues and external counsel. ‱ Coordinate trademark and copyright filings, renewals and prosecution activities. ‱ Administer IP budgets, invoices, systems and reporting. ‱ Finalize trademark and copyright license agreements and support brand usage reviews. ‱ Coordinate brand protection activities including domains, UDRP, Amazon Brand Registry and customs filings. ‱ Drive continuous improvement and proactive management of IP processes.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Significant intellectual property portfolio management experience. ‱ Strong expertise in US and international trademark practice, including Madrid Protocol filings. ‱ Experience working with external counsel and global IP matters. ‱ Ability to independently manage a large global trademark portfolio. ‱ Excellent organizational, project management and communication skills. ‱ Experience with IP management systems, budgeting and reporting. ‱ High school diploma or equivalent required; additional legal/paralegal qualifications are advantageous.
