📋 Description

• Understand client objectives and translate them into metrics, KPIs and data requirements. • Develop reports and dashboards in Looqbox using Python and SQL, ensuring standardization and performance. • Implement and manage AI agents with a data focus. • Conduct exploratory and ad-hoc analyses (cohorts, funnel, segmentations, performance variations, root-cause analysis). • Create and maintain the semantic layer for metrics (definitions, business rules, dimensions) and documentation. • Data storytelling: prepare visualizations and clear, actionable recommendations. • Monitor tool adoption and customer health through indicators; suggest product or usage improvements. • Perform troubleshooting and investigation to resolve data/query/performance issues. • Collaborate with the Project Manager and client stakeholders; attend meetings as needed. • Promote data visualization best practices and report standardization. • Support simple experiments (A/B tests, hypotheses and result interpretation).

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Python (pandas, numpy; notebooks) and SQL (queries, basic optimization). • Technical autonomy appropriate for a Junior to Mid-level professional. • Good programming practices: version control, documentation, refactoring. • Descriptive statistics and basic inferential concepts (distributions, confidence intervals, basic hypothesis testing). • Data visualization and storytelling (principles of best practices and clarity in communication). • Intermediate English. • Ability to translate business questions into analyses and to assess risks/alternatives. • Nice-to-have: experience acting as a client-facing focal point or in consulting. • Nice-to-have: code/query optimization and analytics modeling experience (dimensional modeling, semantic layers). • Nice-to-have: knowledge of served industries (retail, shopping centers, pharmaceutical, construction) and domain metrics. • Nice-to-have: experience creating and maintaining data pipelines. • Nice-to-have: orchestration/ETL tools (Airflow) and version control (Git). • Nice-to-have: experience with non-relational databases. • Nice-to-have: experience with AI tools.
