📋 Description

• You act as an entrepreneur in your store, make decisions and proactively drive improvements • You implement the store's organizational and operational processes reliably and continuously develop them • You lead your team with motivation, act as a role model and create a positive, motivating work atmosphere • You analyze store performance using effective tools and take targeted corrective actions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in retail; experience in eyewear/optics is a plus • Leadership experience and a motivating, entrepreneurial mindset • Strong communication skills and a keen sense for customer needs • Solid understanding of business metrics and control tools • Organizational skills, a hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for team leadership
