📋 Description

• Contribute to decisions relating to store operations • Team leadership and staff motivation • Coaching colleagues • Designing the sales floor and product assortment • Coordinating the team and creating staff schedules

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in retail (e.g., retail salesperson) • Previous experience as a Store Manager or as an experienced retail professional • Authentic personality with professional retail experience • Affinity for current fashion trends and sustainability • Positive demeanor and a hands-on mentality • Creativity in designing the sales floor • Team leadership and creating staff schedules • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to monitor sales and key figures
