📋 Description

• Assist in managing the restaurant's daily operations • Lead and develop a young team • Set quality and service targets • Actively participate in daily operations • Staff scheduling, inventory management, operational planning, and budgeting • Ensure quality and hygiene standards, including monitoring restaurant performance indicators • Conduct job interviews and select employees • Conduct employee training

🎯 Requirements

• Several years' experience in the hospitality or hotel sector • Good German skills - at least C1 level • Experience leading teams • You are both a motivator and a supportive point of contact for your team • An eye for talent • Service-oriented working style
