📋 Description

• Responsible for the Consumer Service and Customer Service departments • Build and maintain trust; act as a knowledge ambassador • Use criticism as an opportunity and strengthen customer loyalty • Act as contract reviewer with an eye for the fine print • Accurately complete customer questionnaires and provide delivery information • Coordinate final artwork with labeling law and approve for print • Maintain the product database with the highest level of accuracy • Provide well-founded assessments on inspection reports

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Food Technology or an equivalent qualification • Confident knowledge of the legal framework of LMIV (Food Information Regulation), the Health Claims Regulation, and EmpCo • Absolute precision in handling responsibilities for consumer protection and brand reputation • Persuasive communication skills — written and verbal, in German and with secure B2-level English • Use of Google Workspace and AI tools to increase efficiency
