📋 Description

• Responsible for maintaining and ensuring quality of articles, menus, prices, taxes, promotions and restaurant master data in the POS/MMS and connected platforms (webshop, QR ordering) • Responsible for executing planned price changes including scheduling, dual-control checks and follow-up verification • Ensuring continuous operation of POS/MMS (including monitoring, releases/service packs, version upgrades) • Coordination of external service providers • Planning, organizing and executing restaurant openings, system migrations and rollouts (including on-site support when required) • Preparing training materials and delivering training sessions for end users (POS, MMS, time tracking / relevant modules) • 1st/2nd level support for restaurant management and close collaboration with IT Service Management • Ensuring defined system settings, permissions and data security as well as establishing verification/acceptance processes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience operating and/or administering POS and/or MMS systems • Understanding of restaurant and franchise processes • Proficiency in Master Data Management (items, pricing, master data) and e‑commerce integrations • Practical experience with rollouts, training and working with external IT service providers • Structured, independent and cost-conscious working style; strong service and results orientation • Analytical strength, results focus & proven problem-solving skills • Sense of responsibility, accuracy & team spirit • Business-fluent German & English • Willingness to travel • A big love for pizza, pasta & Italian hospitality!
