📋 Description

• You will further develop our forward-looking People & Culture strategy, actively promoting our company values and remote culture. • You will work closely with the executive team to align HR decisions strategically with company objectives. • You will ensure every team member feels heard and act as the point of contact for questions about career development and workplace satisfaction. • You will be responsible for the HR team and for finalizing recruiting processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in a senior HR/People role, ideally in a fast-growing digital or remote company. • Strategic thinking and the ability to derive HR concepts directly from business strategy. • Empathy and strong communication skills to foster a culture of trust and open feedback. • A hands-on mentality and the ability to document and automate processes. • Reliability and ownership when working remotely. • You embody our values and vision and serve as a role model for our company culture. • Resilience and flexibility to act confidently in challenging situations and support the company's growth. • We require German language skills of at least C1 level.
