• Identify, develop and close new member opportunities across your patch — with the c.3,000 independent operators in market the biggest growth area. • Hit individual and shared revenue targets across membership, upsell and cross-sell. • Act as the primary contact for c.50 members in your region, owning relationships, renewals and growth conversations end-to-end. • Deliver value-led, consultative account management that protects retention across the book. • Lead regional networking events, and represent ukactive at the major industry moments — PerformX, Elevate, FIBO — plus Strategic Partner Group events. • Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in Salesforce, and use member data to inform sales-led decisions.
• 3+ years’ sales, business development or commercial experience, with a proven track record of hitting revenue targets. • Strong account management credentials — the ability to grow and retain commercial relationships, not just open them. • Consultative and customer-first, with the substance to add genuine value in the conversation. • Resilient with a hunter mentality — but warm, curious and never heavy-handed. • Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills, with the credibility to represent ukactive externally. • Detail-oriented and accountable, comfortable working with targets, forecasts and CRM data (Salesforce desirable). • A genuine passion for health, fitness and wellbeing, and a working knowledge of the UK physical activity sector.
