📋 Description

• Develop and own the architecture of Power BI workspace and deployment structures • Ensure scalable and stable setups • Design and automate deployment and release processes using Power Automate and the Power BI REST API • Model structured data models for customers, tenants, and versions • Develop relational structures with versioning and validity logic • Implement SQL-based logging, status tracking, and monitoring • Conduct structured error analysis based on status codes and logs • Securely orchestrate multi-workspace architectures while accounting for data leakage risks • Analyze dependencies between reports, datasets, and dataflows • Ensure repeatable and idempotent deployments • Develop robust ownership and governance processes across Sales → Support → Automation • Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Implementation • Translate requirements into stable technical architectures • Contribute to the ongoing development of the platform strategy within the Microsoft Power BI and Fabric ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in BI, data engineering, or automation • Strong understanding of relational data models • Solid SQL skills, including JOINs, DML, and basic stored procedures • Advanced knowledge of Power BI, including datasets, Dataflows Gen1/Gen2, deployment pipelines, rebinding, Service versus Desktop, gateways, and credentials • Several years of experience with Power Automate, including cloud flows, HTTP actions, error handling, concurrency, and asynchronous processes • Understanding of REST APIs and OAuth fundamentals • Ability to read and analyze JSON structures • Ability to identify systemic relationships and the impact of structural changes across multiple processes • Structured and precise approach to work, with a strong focus on quality and security • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and communicate confidently with diverse stakeholders • Very good written and spoken German
