📋 Description

• Analyze business requirements and implement technical solutions • Develop and integrate intelligent automation solutions and AI applications • Integrate LLMs into existing enterprise systems • Develop robust backend and integration components • Connect existing systems via APIs • Automate business processes using modern workflow and AI platforms • Implement new AI use cases from concept to production • Ensure high-performance, stable, and scalable operations • Collaborate directly with business units and teams on AI and digital transformation projects

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification • Experience in software development, ideally in backend development • Experience with Python or a comparable programming language • Knowledge of API design and system integration • Experience with cloud technologies, Docker, and Git • Analytical thinking • Interest in modern AI technologies and process automation • Independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach to work • Very good German skills and good English skills • Willingness to travel • Practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), such as Claude, OpenAI, GPT, or Gemini, ideally • Practical experience with AI agents and agent frameworks, ideally • Practical experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Power Automate, ideally • Practical experience with Kubernetes or CI/CD, ideally • Practical experience with databases, data modeling, and high-performance data pipelines, ideally
