• Independently source and acquire new business opportunities in the enterprise segment across the DACH region • Manage the full sales cycle — from initial outreach and proposals to contract closing • Collaborate with SDRs to identify and qualify leads to ensure a steady sales pipeline • Drive, negotiate, and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities in collaboration with Customer Success Managers • Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers in the public sector • Conduct online demos, on-site meetings, and events to present our cybersecurity solutions
• 2–4 years of experience in a closing role in SaaS sales, ideally focused on the enterprise customer segment • Responsibility, initiative, and ownership — you consistently bring deals to a close with discipline and persistence • Team player with experience working in cross-functional teams • Proactive, independent working style and adaptability in a dynamic environment • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), prospecting software, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Fluent German and English • Willingness to work in a hybrid model
