• Source and recruit interpreters/linguists to meet client requirements • Phone screen candidates and coordinate evaluations and assessments • Negotiate competitive interpreter rates supporting the Independent Contractor model • Guide candidates throughout the entire recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience • Post and manage opportunities on job boards and social networking websites • Foster and maintain positive relationships with interpreters and internal clients (the call center) • Represent the company at job fairs and interpreter/industry related events • Perform ad hoc duties and projects as assigned
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Exceptional negotiation, analytical and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to work independently • Ability to prioritize tasks, as needed, in order to meet the company's needs • Ability to type 30 words per minute • Solid understanding working with Applicant Tracking Systems and Social Media platforms • Tech savvy and comfortable with the latest recruiting tools, social media platforms, and ATSs (Applicant Tracking Systems)
