📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior pharmaceutical clients • Lead the development of integrated brand and engagement strategies • Shape strategic thinking across client engagements • Partner closely with cross-functional leaders • Drive strategic rigor across key deliverables • Champion strategic innovation • Play a leading role in business development efforts • Facilitate high-impact workshops and discussions • Mentor and develop members of the Strategy team • Represent the agency as a senior strategic leader

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of strategic planning experience within a pharmaceutical or healthcare communications agency environment • Proven track record advising commercial brand teams • Deep expertise developing brand strategy, customer insights, positioning, messaging frameworks, and integrated omnichannel plans • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect market dynamics, customer insights, and business objectives • Experience leading strategic planning across a brand lifecycle with product launch experience strongly preferred • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills • Experience leading cross-functional teams and partnering effectively with various disciplines
