• 5+ years of sales enablement, sales operations, or sales leadership experience • Demonstrated ability to build enablement programs from scratch • Strong understanding of learning theories and modern sales methodologies • Experience designing and delivering enablement for mid-market and enterprise sales teams • Proficiency with sales tools including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders • Excellent communication skills • An entrepreneurial spirit: resilient, proactive, autonomous • Strong organizational skills
