📋 Description

• Own and continuously refine the product backlog • Ensure work items are clear, prioritised, and ready for development • Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria • Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to keep delivery on track • Investigate business requests, player behaviour, and product performance • Identify opportunities to improve the user experience • Validate requirements, challenge assumptions, and recommend solutions • Investigate product issues, evaluate trade-offs, and propose recommendations • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, Design, and business stakeholders • Gather and clarify requirements throughout the product lifecycle • Work with QA teams to ensure features meet business requirements and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Product roles within the iGaming industry • Solid experience working with Agile development teams • Ability to turn business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and development tickets • Confident communication and ability to challenge assumptions • Proactive ownership and problem-solving approach • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar product delivery tools • Ability to work from 10:00 to 18:00 CEST/CET regardless of location • Nice to have: Experience with FullStory, BI dashboards, or other product analytics tools • Nice to have: Exposure to A/B testing or experimentation • Nice to have: Basic understanding of software development processes • Nice to have: CSPO, SAFe Product Owner, or similar Agile certification • Resume must be submitted in English
