• You develop and manage a defined customer portfolio and build long-term, profitable partnerships. • You analyze existing customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them. • You create individual customer development plans tailored to the needs and goals of your customers. • You visit your customers regularly on site, provide personal consulting and continuously expand the collaboration. • You coordinate customer concerns with internal teams such as inside sales and technical support and ensure clear, consistent communication — in line with the “One Voice to the Customer” principle. • You monitor market and competitor developments, identify trends early and leverage resulting opportunities. • You handle tender processes, evaluate larger customer inquiries and work closely with the responsible teams.
• Completed commercial or technical vocational training; further qualification as a business administrator (IHK) or technician is an advantage. • Sales experience in technical commerce, ideally in field sales. • Excellent communication, presentation and advisory skills. • Strong customer orientation and proven relationship management abilities. • Confident use of digital tools, CRM systems and data-driven sales management. • Strong process and systems understanding as well as analytical thinking. • High self-motivation, resilience and ability to work in a team. • Driver’s license class B.
